Han Sen was shocked. An emperor was a very powerful being in the Third God's Sanctuary, and yet, he was speaking to a human prisoner in such a polite manner. It was surprising that he didn't sound as if he was some sort of superior being.
"Who is this man?
Is he really a human? "Han Sen wondered if the man before him was human at all.
The man ignored the empress. He squinted his eyes and looked up at the sky. With a hoarse voice, he said, "It's been a long time since I've seen such a full moon."
The empress frowned, but she didn't do anything. She just looked at the man, waiting for him to speak.
After looking for a while, the man retracted his gaze from the sky and slowly turned to the empress. His gaze landed on those eyes that were filled with danger and temptation. He said word by word, "Where is the thing I want?"
The empress coldly said, "The Aqua Fruit is about to ripen. Do you know what will happen?"
"Where is it?" The man asked again slowly, as if he didn't hear what the empress said.
The empress looked at the man and said, "Do you know this is your last chance?"
The man suddenly laughed. His laughter gave people a sense of innocence. "You're wrong. This is your last chance."
"Are you not afraid of dying?
You humans only have one life. This is your last chance to save your life. "The female empress frowned.
Han Sen's face looked strange. If the empress said that, the man had to be a human.
The man was still smiling strangely. "Scared? Of course I'm scared of death. I'm scared to death.
But I know you won't let me die, so I don't have to be afraid. "
The Great Empress was furious. The snakes under the bronze throne seemed to have sensed her anger as well. They opened their mouths and brandished their claws and fangs at the man. Their snake tails directly rolled towards the man.
The man ignored the bronze snakes and stood there without dodging. He just calmly looked at the empress on the throne.
Seeing that the many bronze snakes were about to wrap around the man's body, the empress raised her hand slightly. The bronze snakes that were about to wrap around the man's body stopped and slowly retracted their tails.
"Okay, I will give you the thing, but you have to give me the Aqua Fruit in exchange," the empress said.
"Deal," the man said coldly.
The man said indifferently, without a trace of surprise, as if everything was under his control.
The Empress hesitated for a moment. Then, she waved her hand and a bronze key flew toward the man. It went straight into the keyhole of the shackles. With a click, the shackles on the man's hands and feet opened and fell to the ground.
The man didn't look surprised, and he didn't look like a prisoner who had just been freed. He walked towards the lake, as if he were taking a walk.
"If I can let you go, I can lock you up for another hundred years. You better know what you have to do," the empress said to the man coldly.
The man kept walking, and as he walked, he said, "Don't worry. The Blueblood Special Forces never go back on their word. I will get the Aqua Fruit back, and I will get it ready for you."
The Great Empress snorted coldly. The snakes under the bronze throne surged and moved towards the direction of the big lake.
Han Sen was shocked. "This man is from the Blueblood Special Forces?
From what the empress said, he seems to have been imprisoned here for another hundred years. Could he be a member of the Blueblood Special Forces when Han Jingzhi was an instructor? "
The Blueblood Special Forces were an elite force, but no matter how elite they were, they couldn't fight an empress. Plus, they could make an empress lower her head. That was too much of a fantasy.
The empress wasn't confident she could get the Aqua Fruit, so she asked the man to do it for her. It was too unbelievable.
Han Sen followed the two of them to the side of the lake. The man reached out his hand and tore off the tattered armor he was wearing. All that was left was his perfect body.
Even Han Sen was shocked when he saw that body. Every inch of his muscles was filled with explosive power. If the man wanted to, he could turn any part of his body into a weapon.
What surprised Han Sen the most was the bulging blood vessels between his muscles. They were different from a normal human's. They were a strange blue, and not the usual green.
The man walked into the lake and used the water to wash his body. He washed away the dirt on his hair.
His hand was like a knife. He shaved off the hair, and the hair became short. Now, Han Sen was able to see the face of the man.
He had a very strong face, and he had an indescribable sense of confidence and pride. His face wasn't handsome, but it was very masculine. It was like his whole body was emitting male hormones.
If this guy walked down the street, even the female cats on the street would lose control of their bowels.
After washing himself clean, the man walked out of the lake and walked to the front of the bronze throne. His entire body was clearly displayed in front of the Empress. The rather impressive thing below even swayed with the man's footsteps.
The empress frowned. She pulled out a geno armor and gave it to the man.
The man took the geno armor and put it on. Then, he sat down next to the lake and coldly said, "It would be better if there was a bottle of wine."
"Hmph." The empress grunted. She wasn't happy with the man, but she didn't say anything else.
The two of them just stood there and looked at the big lake. Neither of them said anything. It seemed like they were waiting for something.
Han Sen waited for a while, but they didn't look like they were going to do anything. He guessed they were waiting for the flying fish king to come.
There was a scary empress there, and now there was a mysterious human. Han Sen thought it would be fine if the flying fish king didn't show up, but if it did, he'd be in deep trouble.
Han Sen's heart jumped, and he planned to fly to the river. He wanted to stop the flying fish king before it arrived.
The empress was determined to get the Aqua Fruit. Even if the flying fish king didn't come, they'd go for it anyway. Stopping the fish king shouldn't be a problem.
But not long after Han Sen flew out, he heard the sound of waves crashing against the shore. It was like a tide.
A gold and red light came from the river. Yaksha came back from the river, and when he saw the man, he was surprised.
Yaksha didn't hesitate, though. He bowed to the empress and said, "Empress, the flying fish king is here."
